THE BUILD KIT · BUILT TO BE BUILT

A real little DJ rig, not a black box.

01

Choose the heart

Use a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B, a reliable 5.1 V / 3 A USB-C supply, and a name-brand 16 GB+ microSD card.

02

Keep it cool

A ventilated case, heatsinks, and a small fan belong in every pocket rig. Clean sound likes a cool computer.

03

Bring a co-pilot

The standard rig has two Bluetooth inputs: Pi Bluetooth plus a tiny Classic Bluetooth USB adapter. Two people choose the collision.

Important: a weak charger or battery pack can cause dropouts and corrupt storage. Test the finished rig at low volume before trusting it at a party.

8-BIT HEART. ALL-ERA EARS.

Chiptune chaos.
Musical results.

Square waves, arpeggios, drum loops, NES and Atari melodies: DJVellum makes chiptunes feel huge. Match one with another game track—or let a pixel-era hook collide with something completely unexpected.
